My Lyrics Aren't Showing Up
- Pull down on the home screen to refresh
- Check your internet connection so any pending changes can sync
- If you added lyrics while offline, they appear right away on that device and sync to your other devices once you're back online
- Try signing out and signing back in
- Ensure you're using the same account where you added the lyrics
Practice Session Won't Complete
- Ensure you've answered all questions/revealed all lines
- Check for any remaining blanks or words to fill
- Try the “Continue” button if available
- Close and reopen the app if the session appears stuck
I Can't Sign In
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, make sure you're signed into that account on your device, then tap the button again
- If you sign in with email, verify your email and password (passwords are case-sensitive), and tap “Forgot Password?” to reset it if needed
- Just created an email account? Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation code, and make sure your device's date and time are set correctly
- Signing in needs a connection, so make sure you're online
- Check if there are any service outages
The App Is Running Slowly
- Close and reopen the app
- Ensure your device has sufficient storage space
- Update to the latest version of Lines from the App Store
- Restart your device
