My Lyrics Aren't Showing Up

  1. Pull down on the home screen to refresh
  2. Check your internet connection so any pending changes can sync
  3. If you added lyrics while offline, they appear right away on that device and sync to your other devices once you're back online
  4. Try signing out and signing back in
  5. Ensure you're using the same account where you added the lyrics

Practice Session Won't Complete

  1. Ensure you've answered all questions/revealed all lines
  2. Check for any remaining blanks or words to fill
  3. Try the “Continue” button if available
  4. Close and reopen the app if the session appears stuck

I Can't Sign In

  1. If you sign in with Google or Apple, make sure you're signed into that account on your device, then tap the button again
  2. If you sign in with email, verify your email and password (passwords are case-sensitive), and tap “Forgot Password?” to reset it if needed
  3. Just created an email account? Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation code, and make sure your device's date and time are set correctly
  4. Signing in needs a connection, so make sure you're online
  5. Check if there are any service outages

The App Is Running Slowly

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Ensure your device has sufficient storage space
  3. Update to the latest version of Lines from the App Store
  4. Restart your device
